All the songs are about love, the films are unashamedly unrealistic: It always snows, people are all beautiful, gifts are immaculately wrapped with big bows and there is always a happy ending on Christmas Eve. Families are fairly judgemental to singles ‘Haven’t you got a boyfriend yet?’ Work’s do’s are a minefield (far too many reasons to list here!) And finally, there is the deep grief for Christmases past, for the love that has gone, & before you had to share your kids with your ex.

So, I created this Masterclass to show you how to reframe Christmas and to make it magical for you, whatever your situation. Instead of being swept along by the habits of Christmases past, you will learn how to control and do Christmas your way.
