Sessions take place over Zoom or Skype
Even before the pandemic my sessions were carried out over Zoom or Skype.
Most of my clients are professionals with busy lifestyles who welcome the convenience and greater flexibility that video conferencing provides. Also, geographical location is not a limitation for us to work together. All you need is a quiet, private space to talk.

Confidentiality
I am a member of The International Coaching Federation
All contact with me is completely private and confidential.
Sessions are not permitted to be recorded, as confidentiality of the recordings cannot be guaranteed.
If I feel that another type of help would better benefit you, then I will let you know.

Cancellation policy
For 1-1 Coaching I operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. A full fee is payable for any sessions cancelled during that time period. There is no fee for prearranged holidays.
